The combination of chemical resistance, gas tightness, atmospheric and water resistance of the material of all grades makes it possible to use it as a basic polymer or an effective additive for the manufacture of the following products: - construction sealants, chemical-resistant sealants and adhesives; - fire-resistant, moisture-resistant and chemical-resistant coatings for tanks and cisterns, marine vessels, and roof coatings; - as reactive plasticizers for rubber compounds based on butyl rubber in the production of automobile tires and inner tubes; - as modifiers (additives) of rheological properties for oils.
Composition materials Lenpren 2020 and Lenpren 1020 can be most effectively used as the basis of a self-tightening rubber compound in the production of anti-puncture tires (Selfseal technology), as well as anti-ricochet coatings (bullet traps) for shooting ranges.
Composition materials Lenpren 1020 and Lepren 1035 are mainly used as carriers for solid powdered fillers (pigments, lubricators), low-temperature general-purpose binders, modifiers of bitumen, asphalt, and as an additive that increases the adhesion of glues and sealants based on butyl rubber.
The composition material is packed in 20 kg cardboard boxes and 100-230 dm³ steel barrels. Product is shipped in any means of transport.
